| Title: | Developing the next generation of iPSC cell-based therapies |
Abstract
The abnormal biology of iPSC-derived CD8 T cells by OP9/DLL1 is a barrier for their clinical application. Here we show by a novel 3D thymic culture system the generation of tumor antigen specific iTE, a novel subset of T cells closely related to naïve T cells with promising therapeutic potential.
